SED in FED
FEDの一種でもあるSEDがとうとう正式に量産計画に乗りました。
「究極の薄型ディスプレイ」：キヤノンと東芝、新型ディスプレイ「SED」を公開
トンネル効果による電子放出を利用した技術だったと記憶してますが、電圧のかけ方と蛍光体の材質改良で輝度は上げられるはず。Full HDには期待です。
