Good bye Alpha...
HP、最後のAlphaプロセッサをリリースへ
かなしいが。その血筋はIntelとAMDへと受け継がれているので、まあ一言で言えば「お疲れ様」なのかもしれない。でも今からでもマスク作り直して90nm(IBM High-Speed Process)とかでつくれば1.8GHzか2GHzもいけそうですが。グルーレスアーキテクチャは素晴らしいし。
