インテル、将来のチップ計画の一部を発表へ
ISSCCの発表はなかなかおもしろかったらしいですが、P4/Prescottのリーク電流は30%前後にまで押さえ込んでいるとか、
RF CMOSでいろいろつくるとか。メモリアクセスシステムは過去のADTでの研究成果をさらに発展させた、シリアル伝送・パラレル駆動システムだとかいろいろ。
