サーチエンジンがブラウザを飛び出した--デスクトップ検索の行方を探る
タスクバー検索は結局ブラウザを呼び出していますがはじめがタスクバーという時点でたしかに有利。
しかし個人的にはタスクバーの領域が狭くなるので嫌い。
で、なにが…と考えると選択した文字列をたとえばWindowsのスタートボタンにD&Dで検索とか。
あとLonghornではWinFSに統合してしまえばMSの勝ち。
でもたぶん窓をもうける・結果を表示するのに一番いいのはIMのメッセージウインドウだと思います。おそらくは。
